I have a sunroom with a metal panel roof system on my upper level deck. The gutter installed with the roof system was never large enough to handle the amount of rain that drained from the house onto that small sunroom roof, so it always overflowed torrents of water to the ground below. The overflow was washing away the dirt around the deck posts below and the entire area stayed wet and soggy. I needed a larger gutter, but had no idea how anyone could replace the small gutter which was a structural component of the metal roof. Lonnie, owner of Ace Roofing and Guttering, responded to my call immediately, assessed the problem, had a solution, and gave me a reasonable quote for a larger gutter. Lonnie and his crew quickly installed the new, larger gutter with a leaf guard system. Problem solved.I also realized that the seal between the sunroom roof panels would eventually fail and I was extremely concerned because that company had gone out of business and no other patio/sunroom company was willing to work on it. Lonnie had the solution to that potential disaster, too. He had a white TPO membrane system installed over the white metal roof decking within the next week. That was an extremely labor intensive job, too, but I felt the price was reasonable and well worth peace of mind for an excellent job and good warranty.I recommend Ace Roofing and Guttering for any roofing or guttering needs.

I contacted ACE Roofing in July 2023 for a quote, but wasn’t ready to have the work done at that time. Six months later, they honored the price. Lonnie was very, very quick to respond and answered all of my questions. His crew showed up when he said they would. They worked quickly, and updated me with photos. Clean up was complete and thorough. And you can’t beat the warranty! I feel totally confident in my roof and the work that was done.
